IZUSU Motors - Trail View

 

Trailview was a digitally led brand campaign that launched the new ISUZU KB 4X4 and above all added value to the lives of

4x4 enthusiasts. Trailview maps South African trails in the same way that Google has mapped the streets. It allowed off-road enthusiasts – both amateur and expert – to go off-road online. With a 360-degree Goggle camera mounted on the roof of the Isuzu KB 4x4, the best off-road trails in the country, filming every climb, descent and turn. This footage was edited and transformed into hours of content which was used to launch the Trailview app. 

The benefits were multiple. Users could prepare themselves for the trail mentally, especially if they are beginners by exploring the trails from the comfort of their homes before taking them on. They could also get tips and hints in the form of photographs and video clips, uploaded both by experts on the Isuzu Trail View team,
